Bishkek, May 16, 2026 /Kabar/. On May 15, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov addressed the informal summit of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States in Turkistan, Kazakhstan.
In his speech, the head of state emphasized that the theme of this year's summit, "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development," is particularly relevant and fully aligned with modern global trends.
He noted that the world is undergoing profound transformations, and rapid technological advances are significantly impacting the economy, education, healthcare, and all areas of public life. Under these circumstances, global competition is unfolding not only for resources and territory, but also for technological leadership and the development of artificial intelligence.
