Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani made an invaluable contribution to strengthening Qatar's international authority, its prosperity, and the well-being of its people.
"Thanks to his wisdom, caring, and compassion, Sheikh Hamad will forever remain a role model for the entire world. His noble deeds and contributions to the good of all humanity will forever remain in our memory.
Your Highness, on behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and myself, I express my deepest condolences to you and the brotherly people of Qatar, and I share with you the pain of this irreparable loss," the head of state said in his message.
