Bishkek, June 23, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, June 23, during working visit to Naryn oblast, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov inspected the progress of construction of multi-apartment residential buildings being built by the State Mortgage Company (SMC) in Kochkor village.
The head of state was informed that construction of a residential complex consisting of eight five-story blocks is ongoing on a 2-hectare plot of land, totaling 217 apartments.
Kanybek Tumanbaev, head of the Presidential administration also noted that construction work is currently 80% complete.
After inspecting the construction site, President Sadyr Zhaparov ordered that the project's deadlines be met and quality control be strengthened.
