President Zhaparov opens Asman Residence-1 complex in Osh city

Bishkek, June 8, 2026. /Kabar/. Today, June 8, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov opened the Asman Residence-1 residential complex in Osh, built by the State Mortgage Company, and also opened a complex online in Jany-Aryk village of Osh region.

Congratulating Osh residents on acquiring their own homes, the head of state recalled that during his recent meetings with residents of the region's districts, housing was one of the most pressing issues raised by the population.

"One of the state's main tasks is to provide citizens in need of housing with affordable and high-quality housing. You are witnessing that housing construction in the country is proceeding at an unprecedented pace," the president said, emphasizing that more than 82,000 apartments are currently being built across all regions of the country under state mortgage programs.

The head of state emphasized that three residential complexes, each with 2,044 apartments, are currently under construction in Osh region. Four complexes with a total of 5,518 apartments are under construction in Osh city, including Asman Residence 1.

This 12-story residential complex, consisting of eight blocks, contains 543 apartments in total. It will feature underground parking, a playground, commercial space, and other necessary infrastructure. The complex is designed in a contemporary architectural style and includes landscaping and security for the surrounding area.

Along with the opening of Asman Residence-1, the president also held an online opening of five apartment buildings in Zhany-Aryk, Kara-Suu district. In the first phase, apartments were handed over to 225 owners, and the same number will be completed by the end of the year.
