Bishkek, July 3, 2026. /Kabar/. The opening of Tamchy Special Financial and Investment Zone (SFIT) will take place today in Issyk-Kul with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.
The offices of the management company will be located on the premises of SFIT.
The business center, with total area of 3,850 square meters, includes modern office space, coworking areas, multifunctional conference halls, and meeting rooms. "Tamchy is a new international jurisdiction where business, capital, and innovation receive everything they need for development, including a transparent and predictable legal environment, international investment protection standards, rapid decision-making, and long-term tax incentives," noted the organizers.
As a reminder, the Tamchy SFIT was established by Kyrgyz Republic Law No. 136 of July 10, 2025, on an area of approximately 6,000 hectares on the shores of Issyk-Kul lake. Residents will be able to operate under English common law, enjoy a zero tax rate for 49 years, and enjoy the right to 100% profit repatriation. By 2035, the territory is expected to accommodate over 3,900 companies and create over 10,000 jobs.
