Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2025, /Kabar/. The holding of this meeting is a clear confirmation of the sustainable development of bilateral relations, which are based on long-standing traditions of friendship, historical closeness, and a high level of mutual understanding between our countries, said Kyrgyz Cabinet head Adylbek Kasymaliev during the 26th meeting of the Kyrgyz-Russian Intergovernmental Commission.

He noted that the talks were held in a narrow format, where virtually all pressing issues on the Kyrgyz-Russian bilateral cooperation agenda were discussed.

"I would like to express my gratitude to the delegations of our countries for their constructive approach and active participation in our meeting, as well as in the preparatory work and expert discussions that traditionally precede the meeting itself. The leaders of our countries, Sadyr Zhaparov and Vladimir Putin, are setting the right tone for the progressive development and strengthening of our allied and strategic partnership," Kasymaliev stated.

Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the high level of political trust that has developed between the two countries serves as a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation in all areas.

"We attach great importance to the upcoming visit of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to participate in the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council. It is important for the governments of both countries, as well as our foreign policy and economic ministries, to intensify their work to fill the substantive portion of the upcoming visit," he said.

The CSTO Summit will be held on November 27, 2025.
