Bishkek, Nov.24, 2025. /Kabar/. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on November 25-26-27, Sagynbek Abdumutalip, head of the foreign policy department of Presidential Administration reports.
“The visit will be held at the invitation of President Sadyr Zhaparov and will be important event in the development of strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries.
During the visit, high-level talks will be held, and the main issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as interaction within the EAEU, CIS, SCO and CSTO, will be considered.
Special attention will be paid to strengthening trade and economic ties, expanding investment and industrial cooperation, developing ties in the military-technical and cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as security issues in the region. As a result of the visit, it is planned to sign a joint statement of the heads of state and a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation in trade, economic, financial and other areas.
The upcoming state visit of the President of the Russian Federation will be an important stage in further strengthening Kyrgyz-Russian relations based on friendship, trust and mutual support,” Sagynbek Abdumutalip noted.
