Bishkek, Jan. 21, 2026. /Kabar/. Central Elections Commission (CEC) continues to accept applications from citizens who have expressed their intention to participate in the re-elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate constituency No. 13.
Voting will take place on March 1, 2026.
CEC reminded that the deadline for applications for participation in the re-elections is 30 calendar days before election day—January 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
As of today, the commission has received applications from the following citizens who nominated themselves:
Akylbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov (April 2, 1965) — Chairman of the Board of the Non-State Pension Fund "Kyrgyzstan";
Mamatayev Erkinbek Sadirbekovich (01/23/1972) - temporarily not working;
Asanov Ulanbek Zhalalovich (11/30/1970) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets";
