Bishkek, Feb. 5, 2026. /Kabar/. Central Election Commission held a draw to determine the order of inclusion of registered candidates for deputy of Jogorku Kenesh in multi-mandate electoral district No. 13 on the ballot.
According to CEC, draw was also held to distribute free airtime on state television and radio channels and print space in state-owned periodicals.
Furthermore, the candidates signed a memorandum on participation in the re-elections of deputies of Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
The candidates themselves, their authorized representatives, media representatives, and public observers participated in the draw.
It is noted that the procedure for determining the order of candidates' inclusion on the ballot is conducted after candidate registration is complete and before the final ballot text is approved.
Following the draw, the order of candidates' placement on the ballot was determined. The relevant protocols and the text of the memorandum have been published on the official websites of the Central Electoral Commission.
