Bishkek, Dec. 12, 2025. /Kabar/. According to the law, date for new elections in Electoral District No. 13 must be set within one month and hold the elections within two months, Central Election Commission (CEC) Chairman Tynchtyk Shainazarov told reporters.
As the CEC previously reported, constitutional law prohibits the re-nomination of all candidates who participated in the early elections for members of the Kyrgyz Parliament in Electoral District No. 13.
The district will now hold a re-run of the elections with new candidates.
