Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2025./Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, held a working meeting with Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Olga Lyubimova, as part of Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyz Republic.
During the meeting, the outstanding Russian film director Nikita Mikhalkov receives Dostuk Order, state award of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Welcoming the participants, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the Days of Russian Culture contributes to strengthening the historical ties between the two states.
Chairman of the Cabinet expressed his sincere congratulations to Nikita Mikhalkov on his 80th birthday, noting his significant contribution to the development of world cinema. He wished Nikita Mikhalkov good health, inexhaustible energy, and further creative success in the name of developing culture and strengthening fraternal relations between the two countries.
