Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov arrived at the Palace of Nation to participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Dushanbe. The head of state was greeted by Tajik President Emomali Rahmon. Following the welcoming ceremony and a group photo opportunity, the CIS leaders proceeded to the meeting hall for narrow format meeting.
