Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov expressed extreme concern over reports of an attack on Russian President Vladimir Putin's state residence in the Novgorod region, which undermines ongoing negotiating efforts to resolve the Ukrainian crisis, the president's press secretary, Askat Alagozov said.
