Bishkek, Sept. 28, 2026 /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov received Abdullah Eren, President of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The parties discussed the further development of cooperation with TIKA and prospects for joint projects in the socio-economic and humanitarian spheres.
The president outlined key areas, including healthcare, modernization of agricultural laboratory infrastructure, vocational education, and training of specialists in green energy.
Particular attention was proposed to the implementation of projects in remote and high-mountain regions of the country, including small hydropower, medical infrastructure, and improving the availability of social services.
In turn, TIKA President Abdullah Eren conveyed warm greetings from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to President Sadyr Japarov and noted the positive dynamics of Kyrgyzstan's socio-economic indicators.
The TIKA president outlined the agency's upcoming plans in Kyrgyzstan. Specifically, a number of events are planned, including new projects and individual initiatives.
