Bishkek, Nov. 20, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov today received President of Asian Development Bank (ADB), Masato Kanda.

At the beginning of the conversation, the head of state noted the long-standing cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and ADB, as well as the implementation of significant projects in key economic sectors.

Speaking about the continued positive dynamics of Kyrgyzstan's socioeconomic development, Sadyr Zhaparov noted that favorable conditions are being created in the country for the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.

In this context, Kyrgyz president emphasized projects in the transport sector, which will enable the country to achieve the status of "regional hub." He also identified the energy and agricultural sectors as priority areas for cooperation.

In turn, Masato Kanda confirmed the Asian Development Bank's readiness to support projects in green energy, agriculture, tourism, and transport infrastructure.

ADB President Masato Kanda also expressed confidence that the successful implementation of these projects and fruitful cooperation with Kyrgyzstan will contribute to improving the standard of living of the country's citizens.
