The press service of the head of state reported that the issues of further interaction between the two countries, as well as deepening cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and military spheres were discussed.
The head of state expressed confidence that Ambassador Birender Singh Yadav, as a professional diplomat with extensive experience, will make a significant contribution to strengthening friendship and partnership between Kyrgyzstan and India.
"Bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and India are based on deep cultural and historical ties. We appreciate the level of strategic partnership established in 2019," the president said and emphasized that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the activities of the Central Asia-India Dialogue and confirms its readiness to participate in high-level events."
The Indian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Birender Singh Yadav assured that he would make every effort to deepen cooperation between the peoples of the two countries.
He noted that there is significant potential between Kyrgyzstan and India to expand cooperation in various areas, including trade, investment and education. In this context, he emphasized the importance of increasing trade turnover and creating favorable conditions for the development of business contacts.
"I would like to congratulate you on the signing of the agreement on the state border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
