Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan is open to domestic and foreign investors. To this end, the most favorable conditions have been created for those willing to invest funds, technology, knowledge, and experience in the development of the country's economy. President Sadyr Zhaparov announced at national meeting in Yntymak Ordo.
The head of state emphasized that moratorium on unjustified business inspections has been introduced, administrative procedures have been simplified, and legislation has been improved. Entrepreneurs who work honestly and benefit themselves and the state are protected by the law and will certainly feel the state's support.
At the same time, the president called for entrepreneurs to become the heart of the Kyrgyz economy, a source of innovation and new jobs. "The state will always be by your side, providing protection and guarantees. We will continue to create conditions for business development: stable and clear rules, equal opportunities for all. In Kyrgyzstan, entrepreneurs should feel like partners with the state. Only through such mutual respect can we ensure a powerful economic leap and a dignified future for our country," the president concluded.
As a reminder, a national meeting to summarize the results of 2025 was held at Yntymak Ordo with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.
The event was also attended by members of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of government agencies, presidential plenipotentiary representatives in the regions, the mayors of Bishkek and Osh, and district akims.
