Bishkek, March 26, 2026. /Kabar/. On March 25, the Pop Singing category opened at the Tunguch Youth Theater in Bishkek as part of the first Youth Delphic Games of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states.
According to the Bishkek City Hall, the opening ceremony was attended by Urmat Belekbaev, head of the Bishkek City Hall's Department of Culture.
In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of the Delphic Games as a key cultural platform for supporting talented youth, strengthening creative ties, and developing international cultural cooperation. The participants were also wished confident performances, creative inspiration, and successful results, and the capital's guests a pleasant stay in Bishkek.
In the "Pop Singing" category, participants will showcase their vocal abilities and stage presence.
The program includes eight categories: piano, fine arts, folk and pop vocal art, folk dancing, DJing, folk instrument performance, and arts and crafts.
As the mayor's office noted, the SCO Youth Delphic Games aim to develop cultural dialogue, support young talent, and strengthen friendship between peoples.
