Bishkek, Dec. 1, 2025. /Kabar/. All necessary conditions were ensured for voting during the elections, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Piao Yangfan said at a briefing.

She said that precinct election commissions conducted the voting process in accordance with the principles of transparency and fairness.

“Voters demonstrated a high level of civic responsibility. Members of the election commissions worked professionally and in an organized manner. They treated voters, observers and the public with respect and responded promptly and accurately to any questions that arose,” Piao Yangfan stated.

He noted that the work of the election commissions was positively assessed by both international and local observers, which, he said, confirms the continued development of democratic processes in Kyrgyzstan.

“Precinct election commissions were fully supplied with documents, informational materials, observer registration logs, methodological guidelines, duty rosters and all other necessary resources.

On election day, civic engagement was particularly high among women and young people. The voting rights of persons with disabilities were also ensured, with technical and security measures organized in accordance with requirements,” the observer added.
