Bishkek, June 5, 2026. /Kabar/. In Arpa valley of At-Bashy district of Naryn Region, rain turned to snow, with the snow depth, according to preliminary data, reaching 15-20 centimeters. The Naryn regional department of Ministry of Emergency Situations informs.
According to the department, task force from the At-Bashy district department has been dispatched to the scene in response to the situation.
The local village administrations were instructed to organize the delivery of hay and feed to shepherds in Arpa and Ak-Sai pastures, ensuring their timely assistance.
Road safety services were also instructed to constantly monitor the condition of roads on Tuz-Bel Pass in Arpa area. Road services were tasked with promptly clearing roads in areas affected by snow.
Fodder delivery to the Arpa and Ak-Sai pastures, as well as road clearing, are currently ongoing. The situation is being continuously monitored by the relevant services.
