Bishkek, April 1, 2026. /Kabar/. South Korean parliamentary delegation, led by Kim Seok-gi, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs and Unification of the National Assembly of Korea, visited the National History Museum of Kyrgyzstan, Ministry of Culture reports.
According to the department, museum director Zhyldyz Bakashova spoke to the guests about the institution's activities, areas of international cooperation, and its latest achievements. The results of joint digital projects with Korean partners were also presented, as well as a unique catalog album of the museum's collections, published in collaboration with the Hanbit Cultural Institute.
The delegation members were delighted to learn about the history of the exhibits, presented using modern multimedia technologies. The head of the delegation received a specially published museum book containing descriptions of valuable archaeological and ethnographic artifacts as a gift. As part of the visit, guests were given a tour of the "Gold of Ancient Kyrgyzstan" hall, during which they learned about the life and culture of the ancient nomadic Kyrgyz people.
