Bishkek, Oct. 29, 2025. /Kabar/. Total revenue of residents of the Creative Industries Park (CIP) for 2025 amounted to 516 million soms, director of the Creative Industries Park, Kanyshai Mamytova told Kabar.

According to her, the main advantage of the Creative Industries Park is a special tax regime for its residents. In particular, instead of income tax, VAT, and social security contributions, residents pay a quarterly tax on revenue, which was 0.5% in 2023 and 2024, is 1% in 2025-2026, and will be 2% in 2027.

For comparison, if our residents currently pay a 1% revenue tax, companies that are not residents of CIP pay taxes of 4-6%, depending on the payment method (cash or cashless). In addition, we have benefits for income tax and social contributions. Because in creative companies, the main product is efforts of people, their creativity and talent, not by machines, not at the expense of raw materials. Accordingly, in creative companies, the biggest expense is employee salaries. In CIP, there are discounts in tax regime. The income tax is 5% instead of 10% and social contributions are not fixed and do not depend on the salary, and the employer himself is exempt from social contributions, she said.

As Mamytova noted, in the third quarter of 2024, the total revenue of the CIP residents amounted to approximately 44 million soms. The single tax paid by the residents amounted to 262 thousand soms. The number of jobs was 93. In 2025, the total revenue of the residents amounted to 516 million soms, and the amount of tax deductions was 5,165,000 soms. The number of jobs created was 591.
