Training on digital future of women's business starts in Bishkek

Bishkek, Oct. 28, 2025 /Kabar/. From October 28 to 30, 2025, a three-day training for mentors will start in Bishkek, a key event of the "Empowering Women Entrepreneurs through Digital Transformation: Women ICT Frontiers (WIFI DX)" initiative.

According to the organizers, the training aims to develop digital competencies among women entrepreneurs and experts, as well as to train national trainers capable of teaching women how to use digital tools to develop and scale their businesses.

WIFI DX initiative promotes the integration of modern technologies into women's entrepreneurship, opening access to new markets and opportunities. The use of digital solutions helps women overcome traditional barriers, increase competitiveness, and make a significant contribution to economic growth.

The training program covers key areas of digital business transformation:

  • Digital transformation and business innovation – developing entrepreneurial thinking and readiness for digital changes;
  • E-commerce and digital marketing – online promotion tools, SEO, and working with social media;
  • Data analytics – methods of analyzing and interpreting data for effective management decisions;
  • Artificial intelligence for entrepreneurs – application of AI, chatbots, and automation in marketing and sales.

Following the training, participants will be able to use the acquired knowledge to further train women entrepreneurs and implement national programs aimed at expanding their economic opportunities.

The training is organized by the Asia-Pacific Centre for ICT for Development (APCICT) of the UN ESCAP, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Women in Tech, and the company "Bizdin Aiymdar".
