Bishkek, Oct. 19, 2026. /Kabar/. Meetings of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TurkPA) will take place in Bishkek on October 19–20.
According to the Kyrgyz Parliament, delegations including parliamentary leaders and deputies from Turkiye, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan, as well as representatives from observer countries will arrive in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the events.
On October 19, the TurkPA Forum of Women Parliamentarians and the Forum of Young Parliamentarians will commence their proceedings. On October 20, the Council of Parliamentary Leaders of the TurkPA member states and the 15th Plenary Session will be held.
It should be noted that, within the framework of TurkPA, the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliev will hold a series of bilateral meetings.
Additionally, it is worth noting that the Speaker of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, Sahiba Gafarova, arrived in Kyrgyzstan yesterday for an official visit.
