Bishkek, Dec. 16, 2025. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev officially presented the unified state portal http://egov.kg at staff meeting.
Opening the presentation, the head of the Cabinet emphasized the key role of open and transparent government engagement with citizens, as well as the need to provide the public with timely and accurate information.
"Government agencies must operate transparently and openly. We are obliged to provide the public with up-to-date and verified information. Social media and mass media play a significant role today, but distorted information and the dissemination of inaccurate data are not uncommon. In these circumstances, official government websites must become a key tool for engaging with the public," he stated.
Kasymaliev noted that previously, government websites had not fully served as the official "showcase" of government agencies. To address this situation, a comprehensive analytical review and assessment of existing websites was conducted, resulting in the approval of the concept for a unified government information portal, egov.kg.
It was emphasized that the egov.kg portal is already launched and accessible to users. Work is currently underway to gradually migrate the websites of ministries and agencies to the new unified platform. All other government agencies will eventually be connected to the portal.
The portal already features full pages for all ministries, including official information, key documents, and contact information. A clear interface and convenient search allow users to quickly find the necessary government services, up-to-date data, and contact information for relevant agencies.
