Bishkek, Feb. 6, 2025 /Kabar/. The Trade Mission of Kyrgyzstan visited the freeze-dried food production plant of BONAF LLC, the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan, in Tashkent on February 4.
During the visit, representatives of the Trade Mission got acquainted with the technological process of production and held talks with the management of the plant. The main topic of discussion was the possibility of supplying frozen berries from Kyrgyzstan, as well as fresh berries during the seasonal period, the Trade Mission reported.
The management of BONAF LLC noted the high quality of Kyrgyz products, which can become the basis for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Trade Mission continues to actively work to expand the export opportunities of Kyrgyz producers in the Uzbek market.
Freeze-dried products are food products that have undergone a deep freezing process with subsequent removal of moisture in a vacuum. This method preserves the taste, useful properties and long shelf life, which makes them in demand in the food industry, retail and HoReCa.
