Bishkek, Jan. 12, 2025 /Kabar/. 1080 families will receive their long-awaited apartments from “Muras” residential complex in Bishkek, head of the presidential administration Kanybek Tumanbaev shared on his social page.

“If we are patient, citizens on the waiting list will be able to get houses in 2-3 years.”
It is worth noting that in 2025, 4662 citizens received apartments from the State Mortgage Company. Currently, a total of 80,245 apartments are being built.
As the SMC informed Kabar, today 1,080 apartments from 18 and 24-story buildings consisting of 8 blocks in "Muras" residential complex on Malikov Street, 91, will be handed over to their owners.
