Bishkek, Dec. 9, 2025. /Kabar/. Acting Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanybek Dosmambetov has ordered the creation of an additional 200 beds for children with acute respiratory viral infections and influenza at the National Center for Maternal and Child Health and the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital temporarily. According to the ministry's press service, this measure is necessary to prevent overcrowding at the City Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital and ensure timely medical care for all children requiring treatment.

To reduce the burden on the Children's hospital, the minister also ordered the deployment of 10 pediatricians from Bishkek's primary care hospital to temporarily work at the hospital to strengthen the admissions department and improve patient flow.

Two mobile clinics are planned to be deployed at the hospital. This will allow for the prompt admission of children with mild forms of acute respiratory viral infections, reduce queues in the main building, and create safer and more comfortable conditions for visitors.
