Bishkek, March 6, 2025. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev met with Vietnamese President Luong Cuong as part of an official visit, the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Adylbek Kasymaliev conveyed greetings on behalf of President Sadyr Zhaparov, as well as his message inviting him to pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan.
"We highly value the historical ties between our peoples, which are based on mutual respect, support and a common desire for justice, independence and prosperity. The Kyrgyz Republic is ready to take bilateral relations with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to a new level. I believe that in order to further strengthen cooperation, it is necessary to intensify political contacts at the highest and high levels, establish regular intergovernmental consultations and facilitate the exchange of visits of official delegations," he said.
President of Vietnam Luong Cuong conveyed his greetings to President Sadyr Zhaparov.
He noted the importance of strengthening and further developing bilateral relations, expressing interest in taking cooperation between the two states to a new level.
"Your official visit to our country will open a new page in the bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam," the president of Vietnam said.
During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for deepening bilateral cooperation in various fields. Particular attention was paid to strengthening trade and economic cooperation, cultural, humanitarian and investment cooperation.
