Bishkek, March 23, 2026. /Kabar/. Open Joint-Stock Company "Ala-Too Resort" announced the second stage of the auction, Chairman of the Board of "Ala-Too Resort" OJSC Zharkynbek Maksutov told at press conference in Kabar agency.
According to him, the online auction will be held on April 8-10.
"The first stage of the auction was held in July last year. A total of 49 lots were put up for auction. Of these, 14 lots were sold. The remaining 36 lots will be put up for auction in the second stage. The auction includes land plots from 400 square meters to 6 thousand square meters," he said.
Zharkynbek Maksutov also noted that the land plots purchased at the auction will be transferred to Kyrgyz citizens for ownership and red book will be issued. And foreign investors will be leased for 49 years.
"The auction will be organized online to ensure transparency," he noted.
