Bishkek, Dec.16, 2025 /Kabar/. As of December 15, 526 schools in Kyrgyzstan have switched to online learning for the duration of the incubation period, according to the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health. It was also noted that 403 preschool educational institutions have been temporarily closed.
These measures were taken due to the increase in acute respiratory viral infections and influenza. As a reminder, 37,629 cases of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza were registered in the 50th week of 2025 (December 8–14).
