Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2025. /Kabar/. As part of the Bishkek city general plan project until 2050, the creation of a modern pedestrian street with a public transport line is planned on a 3.3 km section of Kievskaya Street.
The project aims to develop a comfortable, safe, and environmentally friendly urban space that will combine a pedestrian zone and public transport movement. This format includes:
priority movement for pedestrians and public transport;
creation of a well-maintained environment with landscaping, lighting, and recreation areas.
