Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2025 / Kabar /. This coming October 19th, the parking area of the former Gansi airbase will host the Grand Finale of the Open Drift Championship of the Kyrgyz Republic — Kyrgyz Drift Cup 2025, concluding a vibrant season of speed, skill, and adrenaline.

Throughout the year, the country’s best drift pilots have competed for the national title — and now, in the decisive final, we will find out who will be the crowned champion, the organizers said.

The event will bring together the strongest drift pilots from Kyrgyzstan, along with top drivers from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, giving the competition international status and making it one of the most anticipated motorsport events in the region. Spectators can look forward to a rich and dynamic program:

● Twin drift and qualification runs of the top pilots;

● Exhibition of sports cars;

● Entertainment area and food court with our special Drift-burgers from chef Votsok; ● Music, and the festive vibe of a true motorsport celebration.

The Kyrgyz Drift Cup is organized by Vladimir Komissarov, Founder of Kyrgyz Drift Cup, with the official support of FAMS (Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic) Special recognition goes to Komissarov - an outstanding Kyrgyz driver currently ranked 5th overall, for his passion, dedication, and energy invested in developing the drift community. Komissarov and his team have turned this final into a real celebration of friendship and competition among the pilots of Central Asia.

Kyrgyz Drift Cup PR Director, Rita Manzhieva, emphasizes that the goal of this championship is not only to advance motorsport but also to promote a culture of safe and professional driving among Kyrgyz youth. The tournament brings together pilots, mechanics, judges, partners, and fans — building a strong regional drift community and opening new opportunities for Central Asian athletes. The Grand Finale will mark a spectacular end to the season — uniting the best of the best and showcasing how far the level of drifting in Kyrgyzstan has risen.
