Bishkek, May 13, 26. /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev told journalists that work tasks given on WhatsApp groups continue day and night.
According to Kasymaliev, there are separate chats for ministers, mayors, governors, akims, and the administration.
"Even at night, between midnight and 1:00 a.m., President Zhaparov can issue instructions. If a task needs to be quickly communicated to all ministers, I also sometimes issue them via WhatsApp," the chairman said.
Adylbek Kasymaliev also noted that due to traffic congestion in Bishkek, it is sometimes more convenient to hold meetings online. He added that the commute from the city center to Yntymak Ordo can take a long time.
It should be noted that as part of the "Open Cabinet" project, the chairman will visit sites in Bishkek, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions. The main purpose of the visits is to oversee the implementation of government projects and promptly resolve issues on the ground.
