Bishkek, Dec. 9, 2025. /Kabar/. Central Asian Cyberlaw Forum, DLAW Forum 2025 will be held in Bishkek on December 10.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development, the event is dedicated to the development of digital law and technology regulation.
The event, supported by the Ministry of Digital Development, the National Legal Corporation, and the High-Tech Park, will bring together experts, representatives of government agencies from Central Asian countries, international organizations, and leading technology companies.
The forum's main theme will be finding a balance between innovation and its legal regulation. Participants will discuss the challenges and opportunities arising from rapid technological development, as well as strategic decisions needed to create a sustainable digital environment.
Guests will include experts from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, China, Pakistan, Serbia, and other countries, making the forum a significant platform for discussing issues of artificial intelligence, digital competition, cross-border data, and the region's future digital architecture.
Particular attention will be paid to the presentation of the new Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which comes into force in 2026. Organizers note that the forum will be an important step in strengthening regional cooperation and developing common approaches to regulating the digital economy.
