China donates equipment to vocational schools in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, April 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Modern technical equipment was donated in Bishkek as part of the opening of the Center for the Development of Vocational Education in Central Asia.

According to the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan, the event was a practical follow-up to a previously signed memorandum and is aimed at implementing joint projects.

The equipment was donated by Hao Zhou, Director of the Foreign Business Department for Central Asia of the Wuhan Central Group for Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation. The new technical equipment will improve the educational process, create high-quality video content, conduct online lectures and high-level international events, and widely implement modern multimedia technologies.

During the event, the heads of vocational schools supported the initiative and noted its practical significance. It was also noted that the implementation of the memorandum contributes to the transformation of the education system, and a plan for further cooperation was agreed upon. As part of the regional development agenda, a tour of educational institutions in the Issyk-Kul region was held, where they plan to strengthen training in more than 10 tourism specialties.
