Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2026. /Kabar/. Head of the National Investment Agency Ravshanbek Sabirov met with representatives of Shanghai Minghou Xufu Business Consulting Management Co., Ltd., Anté Lingkun (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. companies.
According to the information, the parties discussed specific investment projects aimed at digitalization, sustainable development and modernization of urban and social infrastructure, including initiatives that can be implemented in the territory of Tokmok.
“It is very important for us that investment projects do not remain at the concept level, but move to practical implementation. Kyrgyzstan is interested in partnerships that provide concrete results in new technologies, jobs and improving the quality of life of citizens. The National Investment Agency is ready to provide comprehensive institutional support for the implementation of initiatives within the framework of legislation,” Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized.
As a result of the meeting, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Investment Agency and representatives of Chinese companies aimed at developing investment and technological cooperation, as well as supporting promising joint projects.
The parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing further practical cooperation, preparing detailed project proposals, and attracting investors and technological partners.
As noted, the visit of the Chinese delegation to Kyrgyzstan was the result of agreements reached at the Shanghai Central Asian Science, Technology, Trade and Economic Forum in January 2026.
