Bishkek, Dec. 12, 2025. /Kabar/. Constitutional Court continues to strengthen the legal system and train a new generation of lawyers, Court Chairman Emil Oskonbaev at the gala celebration of the institution's 35th anniversary.
In his speech, he noted the Constitutional Court's significant contribution to the development of legal practice and the mechanisms of constitutional review: "For three decades, the Constitutional Court has consistently strengthened legal guarantees and contributed to the development of the rule of law."
Oskonbaev also emphasized the country's shortage of qualified lawyers. Therefore, the Constitutional Court is actively collaborating with universities and educational institutions to train a new generation of specialists in constitutional law.
