Bishkek, Dec. 5, 2025. /Kabar/. Approximately 20,000 apartments are planned to be delivered across Kyrgyzstan in 2026, Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the population relations department at the State Mortgage Company (SMC) told at the meeting with media.
According to her, if citizen is approximately 3,000th on the waiting list in Bishkek, they can qualify for participation in the shared-equity construction.
"For each property, we are delivering half of the apartments through the shared-equity construction. In this case, down payment of 50% of the housing cost is required, and the remaining amount is available in 15-year installments at 8% per annum. The remaining half of the apartments are distributed among those on the waiting list," she said.
In addition, mortgage apartments are planned to be delivered in the regions in 2026. According to preliminary data:
- Chui Oblast, Kun-Tuu village — 2,895 apartments
- Tokmok — 1,905 apartments
- Kara-Balta — 4,950 apartments
- Manas, M. Bayzakov street — 639 apartments, plus an additional 600 apartments in the next phase
- Manas — an additional 1,830 apartments
A total of approximately 3,000 apartments are planned in Manas city.
- Karakol, Karasayev street (second stage) – over 2,500 apartments
- Cholpon-Ata – 496 apartments
- Balykchy – over 1,500 apartments
- Naryn and Kochkor – approximately 4,500 apartments
- Talas – 319 apartments
Mortgage housing projects are planned in Osh, Uzgen, and Kara-Suu regions. Mortgage housing construction is also underway in Batken oblast.
Bishkek also has over 4,000 apartments to provide. Over 75,000 apartments are under construction nationwide. The housing delivery plan for 2026 is approximately 20,000 units.
