Bishkek, Oct. 15, 2026 /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, the volume of construction work from January to September 2026 increased 1.6 times compared to the same period last year, the National Statistical Committee reports.
According to the agency, the agricultural sector grew by 6.5% during this period, while wholesale and retail trade increased by 4.2%.
Industrial production reached 685.4 billion soms, with the physical volume index hitting 107%.
Within the industrial sector, the production of chemical products increased 2.3-fold, and the output of refined petroleum products grew 1.9-fold.
