Bishkek, Sept. 16, 2025 /Kabar/. Digital solutions make justice more accessible and transparent, Azamat Uzakbaev, a judge of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court told Kabar Agency.
According to him, today the country is actively implementing a digitalization process, which is aimed at deleting bureaucracy and optimizing public administration. In this regard, the president has secured strategic documents that promote extensive work in digitalization. Digitalization processes are also being carried out in the judicial system with the introduction of modern digital technologies to ensure and optimize judicial justice. All these processes will enhance the accessibility and trust of citizens in the judicial system.
Up to date, an automated information system has been introduced. There is also a special Digital Justice portal, which is a single resource providing access to the information systems of the judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic for various subjects of the justice system, including individuals and legal entities. This portal to improve the accessibility and efficiency of legal services and ensure transparency of the judicial system.
In addition, various automated systems have been introduced that allow citizens to participate in the trial online, remotely, and photo and video recording of the trial is also carried out, Uzakbaev said.
