Bishkek, Oct 3.2025 /Kabar/. Finance Minister Almaz Baketayev and First Deputy Finance Minister Ruslan Suinaliev met with Harry Boyd-Carpenter, EBRD Managing Director for Central Asia.
According to the ministry, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation issues including the implementation of major infrastructure projects: the construction of the Kambarta Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP), the reconstruction of the Kara-Balta-Chaldovar highway, and the Kemin-Balykchy power transmission line project.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen cooperation and agreed to develop bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and the EBRD.
