Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. This year, entrepreneurs will be given loans at 6%, Adilet Kamchybekov, Deputy Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund Board told Birinchi Radio.
According to him, loans will be provided to entrepreneurs through state support in the amount of 300 thousand to 5 million soms. In total, the fund plans to provide loans in the amount of 500 million soms.
“60 percent of the funds will be provided to entrepreneurs in the regions. 30 percent of those receiving loans must be women. Loans will be provided to producers for a period of 3 years. If it is planned to renovate buildings and purchase equipment, the loan term will be 5 years. The fund can also cover business-related loans. The term is up to 18 months,” he said.
As Kamchybekov noted, in 2025, loans in the amount of 500 million soms were provided to about a thousand entrepreneurs at interest rate of 8%.
