Bishkek, Nov. 30, 2025. /Kabar/. We recorded no comments that could have influenced the course of the elections or their results, Alexey Sandykov, an international observer from Armenia, told journalists.

He noted that the Kyrgyz Republic always prepares for elections very well, especially in terms of the technological efficiency of the elections.

"This is practically the third time we have observed election processes here as part of the CIS mission. I'm very pleased and delighted by the technological approach, which greatly simplifies the election process itself, as well as for voters – this includes personal identification via QR codes, ID cards, fingerprint duplication, and instant ballot printing, which is, in principle, an innovation. At least in the regions and countries where we observed the elections, such technological approaches were not observed," he emphasized.

Sandykov stated that electronic ballot boxes are also quite popular now – a trend in organizing election processes.

"Otherwise, everything is proceeding as usual. People have been actively participating since 8:00 a.m.; we visited three polling stations right as they were opening. Well, the technology is understandable; there may have been some connection issues at first, but the process is being refined." Even the people somehow hurried the electoral commission to get everything sorted out quickly so they could vote – this is undoubtedly encouraging,” the observer said.
