Bishkek, March 10, 2026 /Kabar/. On March 10, the Seitek Children and Youth Center in Bishkek hosted the "Youth Against Extremism" forum, aimed at preventing extremism among young people and fostering a strong civic stance in the younger generation.

According to Bishkek mayor's office, the event was attended by Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, representatives of government agencies, law enforcement agencies, clergy, members of Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament), public figures, and students from Bishkek schools.

In her speech, Victoria Mozgacheva noted the importance of joint efforts between government agencies, educational institutions, and society in preventing extremist manifestations among young people, and emphasized the role of upbringing, education, and patriotic values ​​in creating a safe and sustainable social environment.

The forum included presentations by law enforcement officials, religious leaders, and members of parliament, screenings of videos on countering extremism, and a performance and creative performances by students.

The mayor's office noted that such events help improve legal literacy among young people, foster tolerance, and strengthen interethnic harmony in society.
