Bishkek, Jan. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Khvtisiashvili arrived in Kyrgyzstan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry reports.

According to the information, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Temir Sariev and Alexander Khvtisiashvili discussed the development of cooperation in the field of cargo transportation and logistics, and shared the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Business representatives noted a number of practical issues and difficulties that companies face when transporting goods through Georgia. In particular, they raised topics such as delivery times, optimization of logistics routes, and administrative procedures.

Alexander Khvtisiashvili provided explanations on the issues raised and expressed the Georgian side's readiness for an open dialogue. He also emphasized the importance of developing joint solutions with the participation of relevant government bodies and business communities of the two countries.
