Bishkek, March 24, 2025. /Kabar /. A meeting was held in Bishkek between Director of the National Investment Agency (NAI) under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Talantbek Imanov and the US Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Lesslie Viguerie.
According to the agency, during the meeting the parties discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in attracting investments, developing business projects and strengthening the economic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and the US. Particular attention was paid to the investment climate, support for entrepreneurs, as well as the possibility of implementing joint projects in priority sectors of the economy.
Talantbek Imanov expressed interest in expanding cooperation with international companies and US institutions. "We are open to new initiatives and are ready to work with international partners to create conditions for the sustainable development of our economy," he noted.
US Ambassador Lesslie Viguerie emphasized the readiness of the American side to interact and support initiatives aimed at developing the investment potential of Kyrgyzstan.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue active interaction within the framework of bilateral cooperation, including the organization of joint events such as business forums, investment conferences and thematic round tables aimed at strengthening economic ties and attracting new investors.
