According to the information, the three videos describe the three main qualities that have been an integral part of the life of nomadic peoples for centuries and are reflected in national sports: accuracy, speed and strength.
The video "Power" includes national wrestling, mast-wrestling, tug-of-war and strongman. These sports combine human strength with endurance, respect for the opponent and a strong spirit.
