Bishkek, Aug 5, 2026 /Kabar/. The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund financed projects worth nearly $12 million in the first half of 2026. The total approved funding for projects under implementation amounted to $15.65 million.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, its authorized capital has been increased to $50 million, while the amount of paid-in capital has reached $26 million.
The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund implements projects that require the use of Hungarian technologies and equipment.
It's worth noting that the fund finances projects in priority areas such as agro-industrial complex, hydropower, pharmaceuticals, and the food industry.
