Bishkek, Aug. 11, 2026. /Kabar/. In January-June 2026, industrial production growth was recorded in most regions of Kyrgyzstan. .
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the highest growth was in Osh city - 176.7 percent, Batken region - 127.8 percent, Osh region - 122.9 percent, Issyk-Kul region - 122.5 percent and Chui region - 119.1 percent.
The volume of investments in fixed capital increased by 581.7 percent in Naryn region, by 393.9 percent in Osh city, and by 382.9 percent in Batken region.
The ministry noted that the increase in investments and state programs is having a positive impact on the economic activity of the regions, creating conditions for the creation of new industries and permanent jobs.
